This September we hosted our 4th ETI Export Conference – a fantastic chance for us to invite many of our export customers to our headquarters and show them what’s new within ETI.
We had visitors from all over the world including countries as far as Thailand, Unites States, Argentina and Chile.
Guests arrived on Sunday 17th September to a wonderfully British afternoon tea at the Palm Court Pavilion with a number of the ETI team. All of the guests also stayed at the Windsor Hotel in Worthing throughout the duration of their 3 / 4 day stay.
On Monday and Tuesday it was full steam ahead with talks from 12 ETI staff members and 2 guest speakers including; Rob Lewtas (Department of International Trade) & Simon Baugh (Addmaster).
The presentations included topics such as ; Existing products review, ETI best-selling thermometers, New products , Temperature Probes, Addmaster – Biomaster , ThermaData® WiFi, ThermaData® Studio Software, Thermapen® Blue and ThermaQ® Blue, Infrared thermometers, Calibration equipment and simulators and Quality & Service.
After the conference morning we welcomed everyone to join us at the presentation of our third Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The award was presented by the Lord-Lieutenant of West Sussex, Mrs Susan Pyper. We were also thrilled to have MP Tim Loughton and Mayor of Worthing Alex Harman in attendance for this special occasion.
Following on from the presentation we showed all of our wonderful guests around both the ETI factories and let them see into each process behind the manufacturing of our products. They had a chance to talk to our team members and get a feel for what ETI is all about.
We were honoured to have so many dedicated export customers join us in learning more about what ETI has to offer and we loved learning more about them.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special occasion.
