ETI Achieves The Investment In Young People Award

ETI is proud to have received the Investment in Young People (IiYP) Award, a national recognition for businesses supporting young people aged 5–25 in gaining employability skills and transitioning from education to work. We’re the first company in Sussex to achieve the standard, marking a real milestone for our local community.

Peter Webb MBE, Managing Director, says:
“Our apprenticeship scheme and work with local schools and colleges introduce young people to all aspects of our manufacturing business. Investing in young people has been hugely valuable for ETI, and we encourage other businesses to take part in the IiYP Awards to reflect on their own opportunities for supporting the next generation.”

Ana Christie, Chief Executive of the Sussex Chamber of Commerce, adds:
“This award demonstrates ETI’s commitment to supporting young people and developing employability skills. It highlights ETI as a Sussex employer of choice, helping attract and retain local talent.”

Through apprenticeships, mentoring, work experience, and CSR events, ETI continues to invest in the future workforce while strengthening our local community.
